End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and OneR Apps regarding your use of the Schengen Calculator mobile application ("App").

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for unlawful purposes

3. Ownership

The App and all related intellectual property rights remain the property of OneR Apps.

4. Disclaimer

The App provides calculations based on publicly known Schengen rules (90/180). We do not guarantee accuracy and are not responsible for visa decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Visa overstays
• Legal consequences
• Any decisions made based on the App

6. Termination

We may terminate your access if you violate this Agreement.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
