Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the DualX mobile application ("App") developed by OneR Apps ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

DualX offers auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase to unlock premium features ("DualX Pro").

• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Weekly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price.
• Manage & Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
• Lifetime Purchase: The lifetime option is a one-time, non-recurring purchase that grants permanent access to all premium features.
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of any free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We are unable to process refunds directly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App are owned by OneR Apps. Your use of the App does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OneR Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
