Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dayo — Country Tracker mobile application (the "App"), provided by OneR Apps ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App

The App helps you record the countries you visit, view statistics, generate reports, and track personal travel history. Some features (including Auto-Tracking, Photo Import, full Map, Calendar, Achievements, and the Schengen and Travel Summary reports) are part of Dayo Pro, our premium subscription tier. Free features remain available indefinitely.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Available Products

We currently offer:

• Dayo Pro Lifetime — a single one-time purchase that unlocks Pro features permanently on your Apple ID
• Dayo Pro Annual — an auto-renewable subscription billed once per year
• Dayo Pro Monthly — an auto-renewable subscription billed once per month

Auto-Renewal

Annual and Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Apple processes all purchases. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple through https://reportaproblem.apple.com/. We cannot issue refunds directly.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Circumvent the paywall or any technical access controls
• Use the App to violate the rights of others or any law
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or your subscription

4. Your Data

You own the data you create in the App (your visits, notes, passport selection). The App stores this data on your device. We do not access, modify, or share your travel data without your action. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, deletion of the App, or operating system issues.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneR Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced through the App. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
