End User License Agreement

Effective Date: April 10, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("User") and OneR Apps ("Licensor") concerning your use of the Dayo — Country Tracker mobile application. By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Licensor grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Restrictions

You shall not: copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, sell, rent, or redistribute the App; circumvent technical limitations or the paywall; or use the App in violation of any applicable law.

3. Maintenance and Support

Licensor is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services.

4. Warranty

Licensor is solely responsible for any product warranties. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.

5. Product Claims

Licensor, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your use of the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or privacy legislation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Licensor, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.

7. Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple will have the right to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
