Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Crosshair Pro mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

Crosshair Pro lets you design, preview, customize, save, and export crosshair configurations and share codes for supported games (such as Counter-Strike 2 / CS:GO and VALORANT). The App provides a creative and utility tool only. It does not modify games, inject code, or interact with game clients; you apply generated codes yourself within each game's own settings.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use the App. If you are a minor, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. No Affiliation with Game Publishers

Crosshair Pro is an independent, unofficial tool. It is not created by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Valve Corporation, Riot Games, Inc., or any other game publisher. All game names, trademarks, and related assets are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and compatibility purposes only. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any generated configuration complies with the rules and terms of service of the relevant game.

4. License

Subject to these Terms and the EULA, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

5. Free Credits, Subscriptions, and Purchases

• Free credits. Non-subscribers may receive a limited number of free "copy" credits (for example, an initial allotment and an optional daily credit if notifications are enabled). Credits have no cash value, are stored locally, are non-transferable, and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
• Subscriptions. The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and/or other purchases that unlock premium features such as unlimited copies and the full library. Pricing, available plans, and features are shown in the App at the time of purchase.
• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing and canceling. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Restoring. You can restore eligible purchases using the "Restore" option in the App.
• Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to the App Store policies; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.

Subscription management is provided through RevenueCat and Apple, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with the credit system, paywall, licensing, or security features;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any game's terms;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without our written permission.

7. User Content

Crosshairs, names, and codes you create or save are your content and are stored on your device. You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping your own backups; we do not store your saved crosshairs on our servers.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, text, graphics, and the arrangement of its features, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every game update, or that generated codes will produce identical results in-game.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR THE RELEVANT SUBSCRIPTION IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD 50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Account Responsibility for Game Bans

You are solely responsible for how you use generated configurations within any game. We are not responsible for any in-game penalties, bans, or restrictions that may result from your actions.

12. Termination

These Terms apply while you use the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8–10) will survive.

13. Changes to the App and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

15. Apple App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the standard End User License Agreement. In the event of a conflict between those terms and our EULA regarding App Store distribution, the applicable Apple terms govern that subject matter.
